Yes. There are a few pests we do not service: honey bees, carpenter bees, termites, and wildlife such as, raccoons, skunks, birds, bats. etc. Note: For this, we can refer you to an outside company we have worked with for over 15 years.
We do not treat for rodents. However, if you have a standing order with us for ongoing pest control and you should incur a rodent, it will be addressed for you.
The estimate we provide depends largely on what your specific pest situation is, as no two homes are alike. The goal is to ensure an accurate estimate that also fits your budget, which is why the free inspection is your best option. However, there are some instances in which we can give you an over-the-phone quote, for example, if you have stinging insects, crawling insects, fleas and ants.
Yes, we do. All of our services are based on your specific pest situation. We recommend calling for a free inspection to determine if a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or seasonal service would be right for you.
We accept cash, checks and money orders, in addition to VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover. For customers with ongoing service we can set up an auto-deduct plan for your convenience, or opt to pay for the year in advance and receive a 10% discount off ongoing service. Payment is always due at time of service. Note: Bed Bug treatments must be paid by either cash, money order or credit card.
